Damm-Cafe in Duisburg

It's "just" a cafe / bar. The staff warmly. The wine is cheap and easy to drink. Shortly before we left, there was a small menu, freshly fried, delicious meatballs with lots of onions. We left our second bike stage there with relish (Ruhr Valley / Rhine Cycle Path) to end.

Typical Ruhrpott pub. Right on Schimmi-Gasse and at the Ruhrort harbor. Nice that there is still a typical Pott-Pub, like there used to be on every corner.

There is no nicer cafe / pub in Duisburg where staff and guests are always nice and in a good mood. The environment is beautiful too, just cozy. If I could award 10 stars, it would be for this wonderful cafe / pub.

Delicious, varied lunch table. Homemade cakes like nuts. Very clean. If necessary, sports events on TV and screen. Waitresses very nice. You can stand it here ...

I have enjoyed going to the Damm-Café for lunch for several years. Tanja cooks very well. In addition to the offer from the menu, very delicious dishes can also be conjured up on request. One of the last rustic restaurants in Ruhrort. But the best for that! Cold, freshly tapped beer, nice people, good music, great staff and a friendly owner. What more do you want?! Everything is offered here. Rich breakfast in the morning, hearty dishes at noon or coffee and cake in the afternoon and a cold beer and Friko in the evening. Here is something for everyone.

A cozy evening spent. Very good. With soup and main course Not from the map. The chicken soup with a lot of meat, the main course with meat kebab were very good. The service was good and friendly. We recommend.

The Damm-Cafe is located in the beautiful harbor district of Duisburg Ruhrort, not far from the mill pasture. The staff is friendly, the beer cold and the prices reasonable. I am a regular here for years and can not say anything negative about the staff.
